Regarding rental space: At one time Seraphim Studios LLC owned the largest private studio in Atlanta at over 5500 square feet and made the space available to other photographers. In 2007 (or thereabouts),we decided that the rental studios and all that came with it were not a core value of the long-term vision, and we discontinued the studio rentals. We know, this flies sharply in the face of several listing services on the ‘Net that still say we still rent the space out. We don’t. Trust us. We have tried to reach everyone to let them know we no longer rent, but still the calls come. Who knows?
